Soothing Sundays

Partly restorative, partly yin, partly gentle yoga, Soothing Sundays is your place to chill out and relax for the coming week. You’ll be artfully guided through meditation, movement and soft stretches for and experience of union between mind, body and spirit. All levels are welcome, whether you’re looking to open up a stiff body or relax a tense mind. Enjoy.
