• I enjoy the zen atmosphere, the teachers, variety of classes offered. I was not able to participate at the Yoga Garden for 6 months due to the fact that I joined the YMCA in Havertown – since my children wanted to work out and am on a single mother budget. My youngest went to college in the fall and I released my membership at the Y to be able to come to the Yoga Garden again. There is a world of difference between the atmosphere of a large gymnasium trying to be “zen” like and the major noise coming from all parts of the Y.
I am thrilled to be back and look forward to continuing my practice of 19 years.

• I really am happy with the quality of the practicing room, the use of lighting, candles, music and ambience! I’ve only just joined and attended twice but Jill and Jen were both great instructors – using soothing, soft, slow and clear language to guide through the practice. Both instructors were suited for the nature of their class – gentle vinyasa and a little more active one.
