• Very friendly and welcoming to a newbie. The class with Brittany was just as much about the thought, breathing, and spiritual connection as much as the physical (which it was very physical for me). • The studio is a community where everyone knows your name. Mark Nelson is among the best yoga teachers I have ever had and I have been doing yoga, on and off, for 40 years. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, spiritual and compassionate. The class is physically demanding with a focus on form. Mark uses yoga to explore life; I enjoy his commentary about yoga and life lessons. I like the physical studio, itself. You enter the door at street level and ascend the stairs towards a waterfall at the top of the stairs. Incense wafts through the halls. It is as if your ascension up the stairs begins your journey. – Yoga Garden Narberth (on the Main Line)
