• I can not say enough good things about the restorative yoga class. It it was such a beautiful combination of light yoga and guided meditation. The instructor was such a gem – so soothing and professional. I think you can really find a niche in the area with all of the stressed out medical professionals–I took the class to relax before an 8 hour exam I have today. I went from being incredibly stressed out to feeling as though I was a “goddess of knowledge”! I think if you market it right it could be a very popular regular class. Thank you! – Yoga Garden Philadelphia

• So many things: it’s close to my apartment, affordable (I suppose that’s relative…), and there are a lot of classes I can go to despite my super weird overnight work schedule. Also Mark is an awesome teacher, just sayin’. He uses words really well, knows his s@&t and is (bonus!) pleasant to listen to. I’ve been trying to get everyone I know (from strangers to good friends) to come to a class or two…for some reason they refuse to acknowledge that they need yoga in their lives. Weird, right? 😉 – Yoga Garden Philadelphia
• Our teacher, Britney, was AMAZING! She gave us the freedom to sing, to dance and to breathe literally and otherwise during our class. She played great music, and was a very attentive, gentle yet motivating instructor. When I needed help, she gave me clear but gentle correction. The intensity level of the class was more than I anticipated, and was more of an intermediate level class (I am a beginner), but her energy, the music and great atmosphere of the space itself helped me to push through. I am already giving her (and the studio) rave reviews, and recommending her to other people. I would not have gone to the class were it not for the free week trial that they gave me. The price is a little steep for my budget, but I will return anyway if she is teaching! I am inspired to keep going forward with a regular yoga practice, and to get back to the garden – the Yoga Garden, that is! Rock on, Britney! Namaste. – Yoga Garden Philadelphia

• The Yoga Garden is very convenient to where I live – within walking distance. It is very clean and provides a nice level of instruction for my level or ability. I enjoy the variety of students who attend my classes – not all of whom are incredible pretzel people capable of intertwining themselves into impossible positions but rather normal semi-flexible people like me. • I only took two classes over a weekend visiting my sister. But was impressed with the Adv/ Int on Saturday and Gentle on Sunday both were very nicely sequenced and I liked the first class – it was challenging but deep and during class I thought to myself he reminded me of David Regelin and sure enough he lists him as a teacher. I have taken classes with David in NY and I am certified by Dharma Mittra who was also mentioned- so that was a perfect fit. – Yoga Garden Narberth (on the Mainline)
