Our STREAMED classes take place live in the studio as well as online, so you can enjoy the in-studio vibe right at home. Our ONLINE classes take place online only. You can view both types of class in real time or for 72 hours after the actual class!

1. Click the "book" button, set up an account and select your payment method.

2. About 15 minutes before class, you'll receive an email with the link to join. Please check your email early so you can contact frontdesk@yogagardennarberth.com or 610.664.2705 if there are any issues. (Make sure and check your spam folder if you don't see the link!)

3. Then just click the link in the email to join the class!
