BRINGING INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY THROUGH YOGA TO ALL COMMUNITIES.

We've all felt the benefits of yoga. It's beyond just body and mind. It flows over into our daily life, and how we show up in the world.

But we're aware that yoga is not accessible to everyone. The cost of enrolling in teacher training remains out of reach for many.

The Yoga Garden seeks to build cultural bridges and support the dreams of aspiring teachers from disadvantaged backgrounds. We want to make it possible for more students to turn their personal passion for yoga into a way of sharing it with the world. We are particularly interested in increasing yoga’s equity by helping to increase the number of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) yoga teachers.
