Everything from the location, to the classes offered, the options of workshops, and the friendly staff (from the moment you walk in the door!) is fantastic. The changes to the schedule show how much they care about and listen to their clients and want to meet their needs. • This was my first time going to yoga I’m a while. I was feeling self conscious about going because I am not that strong or flexible ( yet anyway!). The studio had a nice atmosphere and I felt super comfortable. The instructor guided the session so that all levels could participate. I liked how she was hands on and helped correct my posture to make sure I was getting the most out of it. It was very helpful especially since I was new and I didn’t feel like she was “judging me” because I could barely touchy toes! 🙂 the price was also reasonable. I am a student on a limited budget and while I’ve been really wanting to try yoga I haven’t been able to. Overall, I had a great experience… I’ll be back with a friend! – Yoga Garden Narberth (on the Main Line)
